Our research was featured in Science Now episode 38, by National Science Foundation (NSF). With NSF funding, we have been able to collect electrical activity from the brain of hundreds of individuals as they experience art museums, engage in games and other creative endevors. The research exploring the neural mechanisms that drive creativity and the aesthetic experience could lead to a deeper understanding of neural activity collected in real world settings within the general population. Further, we expect the data collected can help design more effective, safer biomedical devices.
